How Territories Work
Every Kung Fu Kids franchise includes an exclusive territory. Once your studio site is approved, we map your territory around it by census tract, with a population of at least 50,000 and at least 7,500 children ages 1 to 14.
As long as you’re in good standing, we won’t open or franchise another Kung Fu Kids studio inside your territory, and there are no sales quotas you have to hit to keep it. Planning to grow? A Multi-Unit Development Agreement reserves an exclusive area for two or more studios.
